Andy Warhol "Unfinished Symphony", Pioneer Electronics Advertisement

Did you know that Andy Warhol often times included his dachshund, Archie, into his public pictures – including his product endorsement ads? In this advertisement for Pioneer Electronics, Archie is seen tuck under Andy’s arm.

It was about a year before this advertisement, 1973 Jed Johnson and Andy chose a dark short-haired dachshund. They named him Archie and this little dachshund became a guest to Andy’s studio and art events. Popular with Andy and his advertisements.
