Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your vintage & art prints, please contact Stills Of Time within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Arrangements for an exchange or refund of your order will be made.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in original condition at the time of sale. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying additional shipping costs and ensuring items are received by Stills Of Time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
